TITHE
Tithe in the Bible means tenth, and was the tenth of the gifts that the Israelites were originally required to return to God.
“Every tithe of the herd and flock - every tenth animal that passes under the shepherd’s rod - will be holy to the Lord.”
Leviticus 27:32
We continue to return one-tenth or 10% of our income to the God through His Church. These funds are used to grow the Church and promote the truth of the Jesus throughout the world, by supporting those employed in gospel ministry.
In returning tithe, we are simply giving back to God what’s already His. The tithe goes to support the forwarding of the Gospel message all over the world, including our local church and community.
We are proud members of the worldwide Seventh-day Adventist Church which supports a global outreach of tens of thousands of pastors, evangelists, Bible workers, teachers, missionaries, and others. We consider it an honour to be a part of such a global movement. We happily return tithe for something larger than ourselves and our own wants and needs.
